Privacy

Short version: what you send through the consultation form comes to us and is used to get back to you about your project. Nothing else.

What we collect

What you type into the consultation form: your name, phone number, email address, your city, the kind of project, your timeline, and anything you write in the message box. Nothing else on this site asks for information about you. Separately, the site counts visits without identifying anyone; see Cookies and tracking below.

What we do with it

We use it to get back to you about your project, to set up your in-home consultation, and to prepare a proposal. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add it to a marketing list.

Who handles it on the way

Finish Work, who built and runs this site, delivers the form to us. It is received and stored on Cloudflare and sent to us by email. A check on the form confirms a person sent it, which reads basic information about your browser and connection. Cloudflare also provides the visit counts described below.

How long we keep it

Requests stay with our job records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and shows no ads. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: which pages are viewed, the website or search that brought you here, your browser and type of device, and your country. It does not use cookies, does not identify you, and does not follow you to other websites, and no one else is allowed to collect information about you through this site. We look at the totals to see how people find us.

Do Not Track

This site does not track you across other websites, so a Do Not Track signal changes nothing about how it behaves. The visit counts above contain nothing that identifies you either way.

Seeing, changing or deleting what you sent

Call or text (909) 938-2348 and ask. We will show you, correct it, or delete it.

Changes to this page

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the bottom.
